Millennial motherhood podcast episode

This weeks solo episode I posed the question what differentiates millennial motherhood from previous generations. I received a handful of response which I wanted to share and elaborated on. I also wanted to speak to my personal experience being a millennial mom. On this episode I go further into how millennials face helping their children regulate their emotions all the while learning to regulate our emotions.
