Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon better than bouillon 

Season chicken:

  • 1/4 tsp pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp oregano 

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade for Chicken Thighs:

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried parsley, bouillon, salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and onion powder. Mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Season the Chicken Thighs:

Optional step in a medium bowl wash your chicken with vinegar and water, pat dry and season.

Cover chicken with paprika, oregano Italian seasoning and black pepper. The chicken will not be fully covered in this seasoning
